I’m an experience designer and design strategist with ten years of experience across agencies, startups, B2B and B2C companies. What drives me is designing elegant experiences that solve meaningful problems. I do this by connecting with people and understanding what motivates them and by shining a light on processes and problems that are often overlooked.

Things can always be made simple, even when they seem complex. I identify opportunities, define and manage strategic initiatives that improve design team efficiency and impact.

Starting with a big picture, a goal, and a vision, I design elegant and clear solutions that help people live easier, better lives - or, at the very least, spark some excitement in their day.
SEO & Content Strategy
Using data-driven strategies, I help brands meet their customers where they are by positioning them to meet their customer’s needs through content and marketing.
The process
Research & Understand
First things first. We need to have a solid understanding of the customers and what connects them to the offering. Of course, we also have to have a comprehensive understanding of the business. I dive into your brand, industry, competitors, and processes, uncovering weaknesses and iterating on solutions that are proven to improve the experience.

When the research is done and we begin to see the big picture, opportunities to connect customers with the business begin popping out. I prioritize opportunities based on what will be the most valuable to your business and design an experience that will delight the users.
Implement & Optimize
After a course of action is decided, I plan how to get that implemented. I also like to stick around and see how things go, tracking results and optimizing. Ultimately we want to know that we’re serving the customers and on track to meet our goals. I’m a big believer in using data and testing to track impact and iterate further.
